Sean Brew

Sean Brew brings over 35 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on insurance disputes, subrogation claims, and business contract matters. He has successfully managed complex trials, mediations, and arbitrations in both state and federal courts, handling a diverse array of legal issues across multiple industries.

Sean began his career in complex construction litigation before expanding his practice to encompass a broad range of legal areas. His appellate experience includes arguing before the California Courts of Appeal (2nd and 4th Districts), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. Notably, Sean has secured significant victories in appeals involving the California Unfair Competition Law and the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act.

An active member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Sean is committed to advancing the legal profession while providing exceptional advocacy for his clients.

A graduate of the University of Colorado (B.A., 1984), Sean earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law (1988). He is licensed to practice in the state of California, the United States District Court for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C.
