Haleigh Peralta-Davis is a law clerk at Roberts & Kehagiaras LLP in Redondo Beach, where she assists with contract preparation, litigation, and arbitration matters in maritime and trade law. She also contributes to research and publications on evolving trade law issues for national conferences and industry articles.

Before joining the firm, Haleigh gained experience as a law clerk at a personal injury firm, where she handled discovery, drafted motions, and coordinated pre-litigation strategy for personal injury matters. She also served as a legal intern advising clients and preparing immigration applications for foreign motorsports professionals.

Haleigh earned her B.A. in Psychology from New York University and is currently a 2L pursuing her J.D. at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law.  She is a Dean’s Excellence Scholar, Heckerling Fellow, and student mentor. She is active in student leadership as President of the Children and Family Law Society, Secretary of the First-Generation Law Student Association, a board member of the Christian Legal Society, and a member of the Trial Competition Team.
