Bruce Lindsay

Bruce Lindsay is a Senior Associate at Roberts & Kehagiaras LLP, bringing over 35 years of experience in civil litigation in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Roberts & Kehagiaras, Bruce spent over nine years as the Senior Litigator at a firm where he was the lead attorney for United Parcel Service and other major logistics companies. His work focused on resolving high-stakes commercial disputes related to cargo and property loss, including managing cases throughout the U.S. and internationally in Central and South America. Bruce often utilized his language skills in complex cross-border cases.
Earlier in his career, Bruce was a partner at a boutique law firm specializing in complex civil litigation, particularly in product liability, medical malpractice, and personal injury. During his time there, Bruce contributed to legal journals, led seminars on litigation techniques, and was honored with an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell and as Attorney of the Year by the Southeast Legal Assistants Association for his outstanding contributions to the legal community.
Bruce earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 1981, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Property and Wills & Trusts. Bruce is admitted to practice in all California state and federal courts, as well as the Second and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
