Yesterday, the FTA hosted a delegation of Chinese Customs Officials lead by Mr. Luo Wei, Deputy Director General of China Customs Department of Scientific and Technological Development, General Administration of Customs, the Peoples Republic of China, at the law offices of Roberts & Kehagiaras LLP, World Trade Center, Long Beach.
Ms. Pauline Hogue, Program Manager, and CBP ACE Coordinator facilitated an informative and lively program on ACE, focusing on the Single Window, How Brokers interact on ACE, and how importers interact on ACE. Special thanks to Anne Maricich, Assistant Director, Trade, U.S. Customs and Border Protection for her help in arranging the presentation on short notice.
