Johan Temkin

Johan Temkin is a Law Clerk at Roberts & Kehagiaras LLP in Houston, Johan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Economics with concentrations in business analytics from St. Edward’s University. Texas. Johan is currently a third-year law student at St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Before joining Roberts & Kehagiaras LLP, Johan gained substantial experience supporting complex business and commercial litigation at both plaintiff and defense firms. At St. Mary’s University School of Law, he serves as a Legal Research and Writing Fellow, a student mentor through the St. Mary’s 1L Edification Program (SM1LE), holds a student leadership role within the San Antonio Bar Association Mentor Circles, and actively participates in the Hispanic Law Student Association.
Prior to law school, Johan worked as a Legal Investigator, contributing to personal injury and product liability cases. Johan also served as a Data Intern with the Texas Military Preparedness Commission at the Office of the Governor, where he assisted in drafting comprehensive economic analyses of military installations.
Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, Johan is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in oral and written communication.
